Cancellation Policy

For Overnight Retreats:

 

We would like to offer our retreatants flexibility as far as we are able, though we are limited by the contractual terms and conditions with the venues and caters we hire. As such we are able to provide some flexibility as follows:

 

- Deposits are non-refundable.

 

- If you cancel three months or more before the retreat you will be refunded the full balance minus the deposit (or 25% if you paid upfront in full).

 

- If you cancel less than three months but more than one before the retreat we will be able to offer you a refund (minus the deposit or 25% if you paid upfront in full) in the case of either: you finding someone else to replace your booking (and after they have paid in full) or if the retreat sells out after you have cancelled your booking.

 

- If you cancel one month or less before the retreat no refund will be avalable.

 

- In the case of cancellation by us because of government imposed COVID-19 restrictions you will be offered a choice of a transfer to a different retreat (if you choose a more expensive retreat you will need to pay the difference), or a full refund.

For Day Retreats:

 

Day retreat bookings are flexible and can be cancelled up to 6 weeks before the event with a full refund minus 12.5% for admin and transaction fees. Cancellation less than 6 weeks from the event date cannot be refunded.
